PureSafe Water Systems
Time Line of 2008 - 2009 Business Development Activities
1. November 2008 to October 2009 - The Company raised $540,500 through the 2008 Private Placement Program. In October and November 2008, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer have each loaned $100,000 to the Company. In April 2009, the Company converted then outstanding $200,000 loan principal and accrued interest to the company’s common stock per demands made by the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer in the same month.
2. November 2008 to August 2009 - Extensive evaluation by Hidell-Eyster resulted in modification of certain technology. This was both to increase the capacity and broaden treatment options of the production unit. (The unit went through a process of final redesign to accomplish 2 major objectives.
(A) The doors and access points were changed to insure operation under the most hazardous of conditions and remain operative even if damaged.
(B) The entire unit (excluding the generator) will be mounted on a skid which will slide and mount directly into the trailer. This allows for major production efficiencies as the units can be built in advance of the arrival of the trailer, and makes it removable in case the trailer is damaged beyond mobility and repair. Reinstallation into another unit will save the end user thousands of dollars to R/R (remove and replace) the unit into a new trailer.
